Pretty Little Liars season 1 vs season 2

Pretty Little Liars season 1 vs season 2

Nowadays finding an original TV show that gets you off your seat and on to your feet has become increasingly difficult. And after being a faithful fan of Desperate Housewives I thought I would never find another show that will feed my need for energetic thrill. However, after a recommendation from a friend I found true love again.

Pretty Little Liars.

A young adult thriller series that is absolutely amazing. If you were ever a fan of Desperate Housewives or still are a fan of CSI this chaotic and mysterious series is for you.

The first season of Pretty Little Liars starts out with five friends at a sleepover. When everyone wakes up, Allison DiLaurentis played by Sasha Pieterse one of the five friends, is missing. The next summer, Allison’s body is found in her house during a renovation. Allison’s four friends a Spencer Hastings played by Troia Bellisario, Hanna Marin played by Ashley Benson,  Aria Montgomery played by Lucy hale, and Emily Fields played by Shay Mitchell are prime suspects. After the burial of their friend Allison, harassing text messages form an unknown source “A” begins.

Spencer, Hanna, Aria, and Emily are all being stalked by “A”, and don’t know where to turn to as well as who to trust. With unsuspected twists like, Aria dating her teacher and Spencer hooking up with her sister’s fiance, this story is interesting and addictive to watch. Not to mention that “A” knows all and is ready to spill their secrets, and often does.

When season two rolls around, the girls find out who Allison’s killer is, or think they do. A major issue in the series is the girls are constantly lying, making it hard for anyone to believe them.

With season one getting spicier with every episode. Season two was sure to be red hot.

All in all, if you love mysteries, thrillers, and suspense, I would definitely recommend this series. Season one will start you off, season two will give you answers but don’t stop there; it’s only just begun.
