Prom 2016: A Night In Paris

Prom 2016 was an extravagant night to remember. The theme a night in Paris was very well executed, and the students who chose to come and participate in the dance seemed to be having loads of fun! Prom is a great way for Juniors and Seniors to have fun with friends, see classmates and fellow teachers, and have a night in the city.

For the seniors this is one of their last hoorays before they part and go their separate ways. Prom 2016 was just one of the many memories that they will hold onto as they look back at their high school glory days. For the seniors dancing with their friends, taking pictures in the photo booth, and mingling with fellow classmates will be one of the last times where they can all get together and have one spectacular night. For them, it was truly a night to cherish.

For the juniors and few sophomores that attended – this new experience was fun and exciting. When talking to Junior Kyla Aamodt who had never previously attended Prom she stated “Prom was everything I had hoped it would be and so much more!”. Seeing fellow classmates dressed up in ravishing tux’s and gowns was different, and it was fun seeing fellow classmates out of a classroom setting, and dancing, laughing, and having a great time.

For most people the majority of the night was spent on the dance floor laughing, and singing along to fun songs that everybody seemed to know. The photo booth was a fun addition where friends, and couples could take pictures that they will forever cherish. A night in Paris, and a night to remember has come to end, only to begin again with another theme and another night to remember next year. Until then, cherish the memories that were made at prom 2016 and ravish in the fact that Prom only comes around once in hopes that you made the night unforgettable.
